Please note that, when a package is dispatched internationally (outside of the UK) it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Our International Shipping rates do not include duties or local taxes, for which the buyer is responsible.

RETURNS
If for whatever reason you're unhappy with your item, please return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them with the original tags and packaging. If you wish to exchange, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.

To return your item please post them to: LOVED by Da, Manor Barn, Wildmoor Lane, Sherfield on Loddon, Hampshire, RG27 0HB, United Kingdom with a note enclosed with your name and order number.

We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can't be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.

You are responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning items.

If an item is unwanted and returned we cannot refund the original postage costs.

Please note refunds may take up to 10 days to process. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.

Refunds cannot be given on earrings, knickers or perishable items.
