A truly beautiful blouse that is floaty and elegant and perfect for pairing with a skirt or tucked into wide leg jeans. It's made from a pretty floral print and has delicate frill details on the shoulders, arms and neckline. We love the elasticated cuffs which can be pushed up to create the sleeve length you desire. Ties at the neckline can be tied into a bow or left undone to create a flattering V-shape.
